FLOWER GROVE is a boutique flower farm and design studio owned and operated by Lisa Groveman and is run from her small urban farm in Nashville, TN.
Lisa started working in Leesburg, VA under the name Love & Embers in 2015 where she created custom floral arrangements and styled weddings throughout the Washington DC area. She continued to expand her skills in floral arranging and styling after moving to Nashville, TN with her husband in 2015.
Lisa is passionate about using local and in-season flowers to create one of a kind bespoke pieces inspired by nature. Lisa creates pieces for weddings, events, photo shoots and individual clients throughout the Nashville area. She is also happy to travel to accommodate those living outside of Nashville.
THE STORY OF THE FARM
“ Shortly after my husband and I moved to Nashville, we found out that the home we bought sat on land that was once a tree nursery, so the soil was incredible. Everything we planted in our small garden would grow magnificently. We quickly discovered that all of our surrounding neighbors were somehow involved in farming/growing as well so we often joke that there is quite literally, something in the soil. Its “magic soil” we said! After a few years of growing lots of food and a little bit flowers for fun, I started seeking and growing flowers that I could not find at local wholesalers to add to my floral design work and slowly became addicted to every aspect of growing flowers. Every year I would find more and more places in the yard to shove flowers and trial new seeds. Our small family grew and we would come to spend all of our free time in the garden together, working and enjoying the fruits of our labor. Our small garden plot turned into a large one brimming with so much beauty, so much that I was giving flowers away to friends on a regular basis and I eventually started selling to local florists as well.

Flowergrove farm grows specialty cut flowers and unique blooms using organic sustainable practices. We love how much happiness flowers bring people and we love our part in providing that happiness! We are proud to be a part of the local flower movement and look forward to spreading a little bit of local love with our flowers! Our fields are free of chemicals and our flowers are safe to sniff. We don't use pesticides and add only rich organic compost to our soil. We practice sustainable agriculture and provide habitat for beneficial insects and creatures. We make sure our soil is happy and in turn it produces happy flowers. We are deeply committed to our customers and are always here to answer questions!
